Ancestry Cellars does not market to or sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By
using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Ancestry Cellars
makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone
who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person
receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Ancestry Cellars is over the age of
21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Ancestry Cellars is intended for
personal consumption and not for resale. You also agree that the recipient of said
alcoholic beverage will furnish a government issued identification proving their
legal age is at least 21 years of age to the UPS delivery person who is required by law
and the legal agreement between Ancestry Cellars and UPS to obtain said photo
identification at the point of delivery. If you do not agree with these conditions of

We do not ship to states where prohibited by law. Wine orders require the signature
of an adult over the age of 21. Please consider using an address where an adult will
be available to accept your wine shipment such as a work address. We are unable to
deliver to PO Boxes. Ancestry Cellars reserves the right to delay or make alternate
shipping arrangements during warm summer months or any other time deemed
necessary to preserve the integrity of your shipment. You will be contacted if these
arrangements are made and your credit card will not be charged until the shipment

REFUNDS: For refunds or replacement bottles, the return of spoiled of faulted
wines is required. Although this is uncommon, should you receive a wine that is
